chicken salad recipe.....
Not really a recipe but I use avocado instead of mayo all the time. For chicken salad I would do chicken, avocado, chopped celery, chopped onion, salt and pepper. I usually just taste as I go.

I make chicken salad with honey mustard dressing, walnuts and craisins.

I've used greek yogurt instead of mayo, or mixed the two so its a bit lighter. I also do avocado and greek yogurt mixed. I always do pecans or almonds, celery, and craisins with a bit of celery salt. I've also cut green apple into small pieces and thrown that in.

chicken salad recipe.....
My fil just uses a roasted chicken breast, celery, mayo, salt &pepper
I do the same but add chopped Granny Smith and walnuts. I like it made with miracle whip, too
