So, my cycle was or is effed up. I didn't get a + opk until cd31. We still dtd but I got af yesterday anyway. My cycles are kind of off and I remembered that when I was having issues the first time my endo put me on metformin (even though I didn't take it regularly). I'm wondering if I should ask my endo, but it's a new person and he's not into the reproductive side like my last one was. I'm not even 100% confident that was the reason I was able to conceive the first time. Any advice?

I'm personally confused if you're seeing an endocrinologist or a reproductive endocrinologist? Both serve very different purposes, but if you're having problems TTC, it may be worthwhile seeing both.

I saw an endocrinologist who also treat reproductive issues about 5 years ago when I was trying to conceive my first. I have hashimoto thyroid so I always have an endo in my life.
