Weekly Menu 3/12/17
I did not prep so my menu is not really set:
Sunday: spaghetti squash casserole with Italian sausage, cheesy pull apart garlic knots
Monday: left overs
Tuesday: crockpot turkey chili
Wednesday:Crockpot Chicken Fajita
Thursday: TBD or Leftover Turkey Chili
Friday: Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice (Last Friday we had grilled cheese and tomato soup, so I moved it to this week)
Saturday: TBD
ETA: To update today.. wfh so im making fajitas.

Weekly Menu 3/12/17
Sunday- broccoli cheese soup with rosemary baguette
Monday- slow cooker butter chicken with rice and streamed broccoli
Tuesday- corned beef, roasted potatoes, salad
Wednesday- black bean and sweet potato taquitos, corn, salad
Thursday- leftover butter chicken
Friday- leftover corned beef
Saturday-out

Monday: Chicken cutlets, mashed potatoes and corn
Tuesday: ST Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Wednesday: Salad with grilled shrimp
Thursday: Cold cuts
Friday: ST Sriracha-glazed Salmon and veggies
Saturday: Out

Sunday: I made corned beef, cranberry Irish soda bread and an Italian cabbage salad.
Monday: probably making peanut chicken with broccoli over white rice.
Tuesday: a pasta dish that I don't remember the name of. it has linguine, sausage, kale, tomatoes. kinda creamy. yum.
Wednesday: Dumplings with a spicy dipping sauce and string beans.
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner. Eggs, maybe pancakes.
Friday: going out for St Patricks Day
Saturday: leftovers

Tuesday : Roast pork shoulder, pasta salad

Friday : Corned beef, sauerkraut and boiled potatoes

Can you share the butter chicken recipe please?
Recipe It was yummy! I think the only change I made was to add salt bc how can they not add any??
