White Post Farms birthday question

Hi! I'm looking into having my daughter's 5th bday at White Post Farms and I'm trying to be selective with the guest list to ensure it's *somewhat* affordable. But, I was told we'll have to pay for any children between the ages of 1-15 that show up. That can quickly balloon if her friends bring their younger siblings to tag along (a few friends have baby brothers/sisters around 1-2 years old).

Have any of you had a party there recently and had a surprise bill at the end? Or were they okay with having some babies in attendance without charging for them?

White Post Farms birthday question

We had a party at White Post, it was wonderful. Of course all children in attendance will have to be paid for. When your guests rsvp you should have a headcount which you'll submit to them. Not sure why you'll be surprised at the end? If your guests show up and bring kids/babies that weren't included in their rsvp, that's why you'll have to pay more. We had 2 no shows and they had to be paid for also.
This is something you'll have to discuss with your guests that have younger siblings/babies. Be clear who is invited and who isn't.
