Can Anyone Recommend an Oral Pathologist, Preferrably on LI?
I hear they're few and far between and my husband went to an Oral Surgeon today for a flared up lesion on his tongue(yes I know gross) and they want him to see one and the two names they gave, one out of Stony Brook and the other out of LIJ don't take our insurances (he has two) and of course we'd like if possible to go through insurance.
Thanks!

I went here
They have offices in plainview and massapequa
I had a lesion removed from my gum. Thankfully it was nothing. Office is clean, Drs are nice and I never waited more than 10 minutes.

Thank you! It seems after looking at website that these Doctors are like who we saw already, an Oral Surgeon. We need someone who specializes in Anotamic and Clinical Pathology (whatever that means), but I'll give them a call and find out.
Thanks again!

I also went to Massapequa Oral Surgery. It was billed through my health insurance, not dental. Dentist found a lesion on my palate that he wanted biopsied. Turned out to be nothing.
