Re: Favorite Shrimp Recipe
I put shrimp in a pan with a little EVOO. Boil a little pasta. Cut up a ton of veggies - broccoli, peppers, onion, asparagus - whatever you have. Add some artichokes, pepper and garlic. Mix it all together to heat and I usually put a little sriracha on it. Delish.

Re: Favorite Shrimp Recipe
this is more like an appetizer, but its absolutely amazing.
Grand Marnier Shrimp
• 12 jumbo shrimp • ¼ cup Grand Marnier • Flour for coating shrimp • 4 tablespoons butter, divided • ¼ cup minced fresh parsley • 1 tablespoon parsley for garnish
1. Rinse and devein shrimp (tail removal, optional) 2. Lightly coat shrimp with flour. 3. Heat large frying pan and melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add shrimp to pan with 2 tablespoons of the Grand Marnier. 4. Cook shrimp until lightly browned; turn shrimp over, add parsley and continue cooking for about 5 minutes, until shrimp is cooked throughout. Transfer shrimp to plate: set aside. 5. Add remaining butter and Grand Marnier to pan and cook over high heat until the butter sauce reduces, turning to a slightly syrupy consistency. Pour over shrimp, garnish with some additional parsley. Makes 4 servings.

Favorite Shrimp Recipe
I like to saute onions and red peppers in olive oil, then throw in shrimp, spices, and baby spinach, top with lemon juice and feta and serve it all over rice.

Favorite Shrimp Recipe
I sautéed onions in evoo until soft, grated garlic, throw in the shrimp on high heat, deglaze with white wine. Turn down the heat. Stir in 1 pint halved grape tomatoes, oregano , salt and pepper. Then, at the very end I add in a ton of fresh baby spinach and some heavy cream, a teeny bit of lemon zest. Over pasta... rich, but good
