another tipping question
I have a guy who is expanding our patio by pouring a concrete slab. It's his side business, so everything goes straight to him. The job is around 1k. Do I tip and if so how much? I offered water and snacks as well.

If he owns the business I would not tip.
Is it just him doing the work?
If he has helpers or workers, I might tip them.
