I'm making a 8 x 10 collage of pics of DH and DS to put on his desk in his office. We are saving up to redo our backyard so I don't want to go crazy but I know he would love this. And we'll most likely go out to our favorite pizzeria for an early dinner

Not sure what else I'm getting, but one of the things I got my DH was something called a Wanderer Bracelet.
I got the coordinates of the hospital where both our kids were born engraved on it. Just came in the mail yesterday and I love it!

I got every dad some shirts. I will also pick up some cooking utensils that I know each of them need. I am hosting 16 people at my house, so that is also my gift.
