Blousen Tankinis
Hi, does anyone have a blousen tankini? I love the look of them, but when in the water, will the top blow up like a balloon?

I don't know but I feel like anything that "blouses" out like that makes me look 10 times bigger than I am so it would probably be a NAY for me

I'm plus sized and would never wear a blouson tankini.
Would make me look bigger than I am.
I tried the new swing top from Lands End and it make me look 8 months pregnant. So unflattering.
I prefer a more form fitting one, also to keep from floating up while I'm in the water.

I just got one from Lands End and I think I like it!! I may change my mind once its actually beach weather but my initial impression is that its a go!

I like the way they look on the Venus girls LOL I am no model, but I thought they were cute to hide a little pouch I have from having a baby recently (a little over a year ago LOLOL). I was supposed to be back in a bikini by now, annnnnnnd that ain't happening, so I thought this may be something different and cute.

Where is that picture from? Just be careful if it's a sponsored Facebook ad (it looks like one I've seen) and the companies just keep changing names. All the items look cute and are inexpensive but it's crappy and customer service is terrible so you'd never be able to return!

Funny you say that, I was scrolling Facebook last night and saw this very ad and recognized the suit from this thread and it said $5. It was clearly one of those scam.sites.

I actually bought this one last year and it looks and fits nothing like this picture. It was the biggest piece of crap! I did wear it out of desperation and the middle part would blow up from the water when I was in the pool. I threw it out after one use

I saw some sporty ones at Kohls by Nike. Maybe try there and at least you can try on before you buy and/or return.

I have a couple from Lands End. Yes, they do blow up in the water! I like them though, they are comfy and not hugging my fat while I'm sitting on the beach LOL

Look.up ruffle tankini on Venus. I was just browsing there and saw that. It actually looks like a one piece because the top is longer but the ruffles on the front make it look really cute and I would imagine they would also hide a multitude of sins.
