what week did you do your nipt?
Hi! With my last pregnancy I did my panorama test at 10 weeks. I met with a different doctor in my practice today and he said I can't do it until 13 weeks this time. Has something changed? The paperwork clearly states it can be done anytime after 9 weeks.
How many weeks were you when you had yours done?

Mine was at 12 weeks. From what I've read, having it done on the early side (around 10 weeks) could result in an insufficient sample and then you'd need to take the test again.

I did it at 10 weeks! I did read it can be done as early as 9

i actually remember my doctor telling me it has to be between 9 and 12 weeks, and to try not to go after that. This was for panorama. I would ask your dr. again

I called and spoke with the nurse. She said it's fine to do it now that I am 10 weeks. She said the Dr I met with is the only one in the practice that makes the patients do both the nuchal test and the nipt and he always wants them to do the nuchal test first at 12 weeks and then nipt after. She said there's no reason for it, other than his personal preference.

I was told you have to be at least 10 weeks. Had mine at 11 weeks and a couple days. It might depend on the doctor and their experience with it.
