Vitamins for hair?
Has anyone taken vitamins that you feel truly helped your hair? If so, please share what you're taking or took.

I hate to even say it...but I did see a difference with the it Works Hair Skin and Nails vitamins.
And I can't stand the whole It Works wrap crap.
But I think the vits do help me.
I also just started taking BioSil. Google that too

is this greasy? I don't wash my hair everyday so how would this work?

Not greasy but definitely sticky. I'd only use the night before you wash.

Not greasy but definitely sticky. I'd only use the night before you wash.
Do you cover your head with something before bed? I imagine it would get all over the pillow case.

No I just rub it in really well. I don't use that much. Just a few drops. But I notice it's sticky the next morning f
