What to send
Other than flowers and edible arrangements, what can I send to a neighbor that just lost her husband ?

What to send
When my sister past the best thing we received was food. People sent trays of food, even a gift card to order what we wanted. It really helped, we had one less thing to think about.

Re: What to send
My neighbors sent a meal the day after my mother died. It was such a blessing not to have to worry about feeding my dad the day we did all the running around for the arrangements.

What to send
Food or a gc for food. Or wait a few weeks since she's probably bombarded with that at the moment and drop some food off then when everything is dying down.

Re: What to send
We had Cheryl's Cookies sent to us. It definitely put a smile on our face.

What to send
I agree with all others - food or a gift card to a restaurant that you know they like and that delivers.

Re: What to send
Food but wait until the week after the services.
You get so much that week and some goes to waste.
