Royal Playa del Carmen - anyone been
Ok. So I was ruling out Mexico, but saw this resort and fell in love from pics.
Anyone been? Any reviews? Looking to do an adult vacation away in early December.

My husband and I stayed at The Royal in playa del Carmen for our HM. We still dream about going back. We loved it. The resort is great, food was good and it was very close to "5th Avenue" which is a bunch of restaurants and shopping from homemade items to high end designer. We would walk there every night after dinner and walk around.

I was between The Royal and Valentin Imperial for my bday trip in January. I wound up picking VIM but wouldn't hesitate to stay at The Royal. It looks fantastic and I love Mexico
