Need hair advice
My hair is a wreck after my kids. I had postpartum hair loss didn’t realize how bad in the front until I now have tons of short hairs growing back. It’s awful. I use a good quality shampoo and conditioner anyone recommend anything like a product I can use to help the growth or at least make my hair look better?
Thanks!!

Re: Need hair advice
Take a hair skin and nail vitamin with a ton of Biotin in it. That really helps over time

Re: Need hair advice
Biotin! I used it after chemo once my doc gave the 'ok' and I swear it helped my hair and nails. I started seeing results after about 5 or 6 weeks of almost-daily use.
Lush also has some sort of new deep conditioners - I got an email yesterday - one of them is supposed to give volume to fine hair. That's a temporary fix, but if you have an event to go to, that might help!

Nioxin can help, but I echo the others to take a Biotin supplement.
