It really depends on the resort. and when you are looking to go in the Keys. The resort I follow in Key Largo said they suffered no major structural damage. They are partially open now to residents only who need a place to stay and they are working on clean up and repairs daily. So if you are planning to go soon, then no, but if it's out in the future, you might be able to

I love grand cayman and would recommend Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort for families w/kids. That being said- last time I was there a year ago I felt the island has become overpopulated and now with all the damage on other Carib islands, I would be concerned about how packed GC will get. That being said, it's still one of my favorites, you can get out of the resort and cover the whole island- a lot of child friendly activities, amazing food & restaurants!

Where were you looking to stay. My brother is getting married there in Oct 31 and was having hard time finding some places to stay.

We are going to Jamaica in December. Thankfully they have been unaffected by the hurricanes.
