Has anyone ever successfully gotten an institution rectify a bad report to the credit company?
I have a tfcu account. While I completely take responsibility for my missed payments, it was due in part to their website glitches. Yes, I know I could have gone to the branch to make payments.
Does my past history with them help at all? My payments are always more than double the minimum and on time.
Will they vouch for me and perhaps correct it with the credit bureau?

My husband had an issue years ago with citibank. It was an error on their end and it still took him YEARS and YEARS to get them to correct it.
