You know you have too many clothes when...

...you start thinking how you need a denim jacket. How it's a wardrobe essential for fall, how it's pretty classic, how it will be great over some casual short sleeve and sleeveless dresses as a transition from summer wear into fall wear, etc.

So then you go on old navy and see they are having a sale and find one you like, and are just about to order it but get distracted and forget.

Then a few days later you think- yes I need to go back and order that jacket. In fact, I might want it to go over a dress this weekend, so maybe I should see if it's in stock in the local Old Navy for pick up instead of shipping.

But as you are about to hit order, something nags you in the back of the head. And you go to your hall closet and low and behold- there is that VERY SAME Old Navy denim jacket that you were about to order.

And you have no idea when you bought it or how long it's been in there. All you know is you have worn it before....just no recollection when or how long ago.

I would have been pissed if I bought it only to find it's twin in the closet!

I can totally relate. I can't count the number of times I've bought something new only to find something very similar in my closet. At least I know my own taste!

I did that this summer...I had bought shorts at Ny & Co in an olive color in the store....about a month later I ordered some things online including the olive green shorts....when I went to put the order away is only when I discovered the same shorts I had brought prior with the tags still on! You think at least I wouldve bought a different color second go round! lol!
