I'm glad he apologized and I'm glad he finally came out (even tho it really is no ones business)...but I have to wonder, like some people mentioned in comments, that he came out to take the light off the allegation. I hope it's not true. I love him.

If you read Crazy Days and Nights - you'd know that he regularly tried to pick up underage boys.

I think his apology was sincere, but that doesn't excuse what happened. Also, I thought he came out years ago. I feel like I heard he was gay (not rumor, but like he had said it) such a long time ago

Its been rumored for a long time that he was gay.
I absolutely hate that he choose now to make this announcement. So many people fear gay with being a pedophile. And I dont think this is going to help ease peoples fears. Terrible that hes trying to deflect the real issue here.
And to be completely honest, hes always given me a weird vibe. A good actor yes. But something about him whenever I saw him in interviews just made me not like him.

I'm not sure what to think about this. I guess its a child actor lifestyle but my first thought is what was a 14 year old doing out in VIP of a night club and at an adult party with this 26 year old to begin with. Seems weird to me that if he felt out of place why he would go into Spacey's bedroom and watch tv and not just leave. I can see Spacey's actions as being inappropriate, but the whole situation was inappropriate to being with. It doesn't seem he actually did anything to him other than pick him up and fall on top of him. Which its weird that Rapp said encounter was similar to scene from play he was performing in at the time. This allegedly happened over 30 years ago, I know from my own experiences that memories can blur especially surrounding events that you might not want to remember details of. I'm in no way trying to blame the victim, but just having a hard time wrapping my head around this story.

I had the same thoughts, like where the fluck are the parents. Probably desperately trying to make their kid a star that they don’t care to think about the child’s safety.

I don’t think anyone is victim blaming but I’m definitely putting some blame on the freaking parents. All this shit goes down in Hollywood so easily because parents aren’t being proper guardians. They are so consumed with making their kid famous.
I’ve seen it first hand when my son did The HBO mini series. I could imagine how it would be if it was a big show or Hollywood names.
ETA: why is a 14yr old at an adult party by himself??? That’s why didn’t sit right with me as well as thinking Keving Spcey is gross now.
