Technically, they had already talked about it being the last season - it's just interesting timing bc of the allegations.

I think I'm the only person on the planet who didn't like that show.
I tried, I really did.
But I couldn't follow it and it just bored me to tears.
totally not my kind of show

What?? i loved that show!
And i LOATHE politics and the current political climate, but this was soooo well done and i loved to hate both of those characters!
i'm really upset this was cancelled - i thought it was still a really popular show??

Maybe they feel it's run its course. There's talk of spin offs so maybe that's the way they were already headed.

Maybe they feel it's run its course. There's talk of spin offs so maybe that's the way they were already headed.
I find that with a lot of shows, they are great the first few seasons, then they start going off the rails.
I feel like they should do this with more shows- let it go a few seasons and then let it end.
On a high note. Before jumping the shark.
When they try to ride the wave for too long it always gets forced and the plot lines suffer IMO

So far I'm just seeing that they suspended production which just started earlier this month. Maybe they'll continue & kill him off, who knows. But it is a great show...I don't know if it would work without him though.

Nope. I hated it. And I love politics - to the point where everyone who knows me casually kept saying "OMG you need to watch this show."
I couldn't get past 3 or 4 episodes.
I hated every character. All of them.
Yuck.
