Urban Decay Naked Palette
Do these ever go on sale? 2 of my nieces said they wanted them (they also gave me less expensive options for gifts), but I would love to get this for them. But they're $54 everywhere & not sure if it will go on sale...it's the new "heat" one. I have 7 nieces & a nephew...Christmas makes me broke lol

I have 11 nieces and nephews so I feel your pain. I think the only way you can get a discount on these is to buy them when Ulta has the 20% off prestige coupons.

Yeah I think only when Ulta offers the 20% off no exclusions- it only comes out a few times a year but I have a feeling one will be coming out before Christmas.
Do you have an Ulta membership card?

I ended up finding someone on Etsy that was selling them for $30. I'm so nervous though...it said they only had 3, so I bought 2. Do you think it's legit? Could it be a knock off? It said it was brand new...but I always feel like if something is too good to be true, it's probably not good. But I've never had a bad experience with Etsy. It shipped already, I'm hoping it's legit!

I do have an Ulta card...so if this doesn't work out with the Etsy seller (and hopefully I can get my money back if it's a knock off)...then I'll hope for the 20% off!

Can you return and buy it from a reputable retailer?

The girl on the Etsy site said she has a family member that works in the factory, so that's how she gets them cheap. She said she only wants good ratings on her shop. However, I'm still leaning on buying other ones. She sold them for $30 when they're normally $54. Why wouldn't she sell them for at least $40?? I mean, from what I can see on video chat with my mom, they look real, but I don't know....like you said, I'd hate for the make up to be fake & give it as a gift!

if you google naked palette real vs. fake, there are a bunch of sites that do comparisons and show how to spot a fake one.

I know, I saw that this morning! That wasn't there when I first ordered, I'm an idiot lol. Well I ended up ordering the palettes from Macy's with the 15% off & I got $5.51 back from ebates. I also wrote to the Etsy seller & asked to return for a full refund. If I don't hear from her by tomorrow I will open a case with Etsy to try & get my money back. Lesson learned!

Update on my Etsy purchase...I opened a case with them since the seller didn't respond to me...suddenly she responded (probably scared to get her shop closed) and said that if I return them she'll issue the refund. I sent her the tracking number yesterday & today I received my refund! Glad I got my money back but lesson learned!
