Hotel
How do you guys pick a hotel to stay at?
I usually go to trip advisor and look at people's reviews. I was wondering what everyone else does. I have such a hard time figuring out where to stay.

Ask around on public sites like this or FB
check TripAdvisor like you
Decide on price range as well and try to keep in the range I'm looking for and can afford
Location (base it off how far or close it'll be to what we plan on doing)
Breakfast included is a bonus and sometimes they offer a happy hour with drinks and snacks... another added bonus
ETA - and 4 star or plus rating. As PP said I don't go below 4 stars

Always reviews. And lots of pictures of the place posted by real users, not just the hotel.
And I rarely go below a 4 star rating at the very least.
I am very very very picky about hotels.
