Embroidery machine
I want to buy an embroidery machine. Mostly just for fun right now. I already have a sewing machine so I want one that is strictly embroidery. There are so many options. Anyone know what's a good first machine? I've been looking at the brother pe 770. I like having a larger work area available. But I read some problems with the tension and the string breaking etc. anyone have this one? I also read to buy good thread not cheap thread. How do I know if I'm buying good or bad thread? Any other advice?

I would stop by at Sew What's New in Islip on Montauk Hwy. They have an extremely knowledgable staff and would probably be able to answer questions for you.
