Dr Benjamin Sahn-pediatric GI?

Does anyone see Dr Benjamin Sahn? Unfortunately, my son who is only 8 weeks old has a lot of GI/allergy issues and I’m on the search for an amazing GI dr. I’ve seen a couple and have been less than thrilled.
TIA

We saw him once, because our insurance changed and our current GI was not covered by it.

I found him to be very smart, knowledgeable, but no bedside manner. I honestly wondered how this guy got into pediatrics. And the office was terrible - I think it was the babylon office. We waiting over an hour just to get in to a room, then another insane wait once we were in, and no communication from the staff. But I'm pretty sure that's not his main location.

So he's probably a great doctor, but I never went back - was not dealing with all that again with 2 little ones, one of whom was chronically ill, and luckily our insurance changed again so we could go back to the doctor we preferred.

I used Dr Marciano in Mineola. A lot of people either love or hate him. I heard a ton of great reviews for Dr. Gold in Babylon. Never used him though.

Thanks
I saw Marciano and wasn’t that happy..I know so many love him but waited over an hour and a half in waiting room for a very rushed visit with my 6 week old who is having a ton of GI issues, his suggestions didn’t work well either ??. Just got a last minute appointment with Dr Gold for today and he was wonderful and super patient and no wait in the waiting room too ??.
Was curious about Dr Sahn as a back up in case Gild didn’t work out. Thanks

Dr. Gold.

My daughter had/has a very rare digestive disorder so we saw him a lot. He talks A LOT, but it's a good thing. It can be hard to get an appointment, but you can literally call everyday to see if there's a cancellation.
We've never waited more than 10 minutes. He's called me back every single time I've called - sometime it was after hours on his drive home, but he has always returned my calls.

Thanks, that’s great to hear. I had an appointment to see him in March and he had a cancellation for today actually! I really liked him a lot! There was nobody in the waiting room so no wait and he was patient and answered all my questions. I like the way he explained everything unlike other impatient drs I’ve seen. We’ll definitely be back.. I have another appointment which was hard to get for next month but they fit me in Chat Icon

So happy for you that it worked out. Marciano's office was always a mad house!!!
What is your baby going through? Maybe we can help with suggestions. Good luck during this difficult time.

Sounds like you found someone, but we saw Jennifer Mait-Kaufman in New Hyde Park. I absolutely loved her and I am extremely picky with doctors.
