San Fran and Sonoma in April

Going to San Fran and Sonoma in April with my then 5 year old and 2 year old.

What are must do things and places to eat.

I know we are going to a San Fran Giants game, and Alkatraz tour.

We did this same trip with a 4 yr old and 9 mo old about a year ago.
There is FANTASTIC kid's museum we spent almost the whole day there - it's got a great view of the bridge right in Sausalito.
Bay Area Discovery Museum

We spent a day walking near Fisherman's Wharf.
We rode the trolley.
We did a tour of the stadium but no game (the team was away).
Alcatraz was cool - kids liked the boat and it's a self-guided audio tour. Lots of walking.
We visited Muir Woods.
highly recommend Lands End as well - gorgeous walk.
