BBQ Caterer?
Thinking way ahead but we're throwing my dad a 70th birthday party in June. Naturally, my mother has decided that this party will be taking place in my yard.
She wants to hire a BBQ caterer. Any suggestions other than Iavarone? Some friends have used BBQ Kings but they're way out and not sure if they come to Nassau.
I'm also going to have to rent tables and chairs.

Pellegrini meats in Garden City
Valley Caterers in Franklin Square
Delicious Moments in Baldwin
I liked both Pellegrini and Valley, but Pellegrini was high end. Valley is much more reasonably priced. I've never had Delicious Moments, but so many people around here recommend them.

I have used the John Moore deli in Bellmore for this exact thing 3 times. They were awesome and very reasonable. Highly recommend.

We went to a party several years ago catered by the BBQ king in East Meadow, so at least then, they came to Nassau. The food was very good.

I am almost positive BBQ Kings travel all over. I use them every year and learned about them when they catered a party I was at in Long Beach.

Locust Avenue Deli in Bohemia. We've used them a couple of times and the food is really good. A big plus is they include soda and water in their price, most places do not.

We used Ivarone Brothers a couple of years ago for my daughters 2nd birthday and it was amazing and very reasonable.
