Picture people Huntington

I went there yesterday for the first time and it was just awful! Had to wait 40 mins for our appointment, than another 1/2 hour while they tried to load our pictures onto the computer. But what is really bad is that the quality is HORRIBLE. The lighting in the picture are bad and the quality of the prints is awful!!! I don’t get it I always hear people raving about them.

I did not have a great experience with them either last Easter. My pictures turned out ok but they could have been a lot better. I had the same experience with the wait (and it was not that they were backed up. There was no one there when I got there!).

The photographer also did not have a lot of patience. I had a 4 year old and 1 1/2 year old. I get it is not easy but I still remember her saying. Okay I guess he doesnt want to take that picture. Never even trying to work with them

I always book the first appt of the day and never had any problem. The quality is always excellent as well. I’ve been going for four years.
