Copper Creek Cabins- Disneyworld

My aunt is a DVC member with Saratoga Springs as her home resort. We'll be travelling with her and DD (2.5 y/o at the time) in October this year! I'm so excited. Today we switched to a cabin at Copper Creek! So we have a 2 bedroom cabin with MK views of the fireworks and just a boat ride away from MK! We also have tickets to the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween parade!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon I'm so excited!

Has anyone stayed at these cabins? Any reviews or tips/tricks? Plan of attack for MNSSHP? Chat Icon

Haven’t stayed at the cabin, but the not so scary party is awesome. I’ve gone many times. My favorite way to do Disney. Don’t go day of, arrive at 4. You get the whole park to yourselves after 7. Be sure you do the attractions that aren’t part of the party if you can. I was able to book fast pass too (but only 2). Be sure to dress up and have a blast!

LUCKY duck!!!! They look AMAZING!! and don't they have a plunge pool in them?!? We have stayed at the Wilderness Lodge (same property), and we love it there!!!

In fact, we stayed at the Wilderness Lodge for the party last fall. Get in line for the boat early, because the line gets long for the party! I would plan on getting to the boat dock by 3pm that day. Last fall they let us in the party at about 3:45. Get fast passes for the rides from 4-7, and after that fast pass ends. You can book those online. Like the other poster said, make that your "relax at the pool" day. Then you are rested for the party!

I’m not seeing that on the Disney site.

ETA: just saw you can’t buy them online, just over the phone.

Yes! They just came out this week. I think it's only ordering by phone for now.

Thank you!!! It has a hot tub and enclosed deck. We can see the MK fireworks from it! Chat Icon I've never stayed on property at Disney so I'm beside myself with excitement. And DD will be 2.5 and is princess crazy so she's going to LOVE it.

Yes, we're planning on doing a princess breakfast at AK (I think it's AK anyway) that morning and then maybe the safari and going back to relax by the pool, have lunch, etc. before the parade! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

SO exciting!!! I've heard they are BEAUTIFUL!!! We'll be at the Wilderness Lodge this December, I cannot wait!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

You're going to LOVE the MNSSHP!!! It's SO much fun, they do a great job!! Don't miss the parade, it's awesome!! We were at the party on Halloween itself so it was a bit of a zoo and the trick-or-treat lines were CRAZY!! But we noticed that soon after the first parade the park cleared out a lot. By around 10'ish the lines for rides were next to nothing and you were able to walk right up for trick-or-treating and get candy. Have a great time!!!Chat Icon

Just realized, the princess breakfast is at Epcot in the Norway section. So it'll be a pretty chill day besides the party. There's not really much else for DD to do at Epcot.

You could do the Rapunzel breakfast at the Boardwalk instead. That way you don't need to waste a park ticket day. It's called the Bon Voyage breakfast if you want to look it up

We're pretty set on the princess breakfast at Epcot since they have Belle who is DD's absolute favorite. We're getting the 5 day park passes anyway (4 days with a free 5th day) so it's not a big deal to go there.
