We always have lasagna or stuffed shells on Easter along with meatballs and a glazed ham. Rice Pie is also another family tradition, it's like a sweet dessert pie made with rice as well as Easter Bread and Macaroni Pie.

Corned beef - Yes strange for an Italian family , but we replaced the lamb with it a few years ago and everyone went crazy for it, lol!

Mashed Potato with Jarlsberg Cheese dish
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Stuffed Mushrooms
And probably a few other things I'm forgetting at the moment!

Pizza Rustica is basically an Italian meat pie. Layers of Italian meats like salami and sausage, ricotta, mozzarella, hard boiled eggs and covered in a crust. It's a heart attack on a plate but sooooooo good. lol
