ANOTHER 1000+ point drop in the DOW

Wow... what happened to "at least my 401(k) and the Stock Market are doing great!"

Two days in one week with record setting drops in the market.

3,000 point drop in a few weeks. 401(k)s are taking a big hit this year...

I'm sure now IQ45's supporters will start saying "well, I don't have a 401(k) or own any stocks, so it doesn't matter. My salary went up because of the tax cuts..."

DOW is negative for 2018 so far... Hopefully it won't go too low, too fast...

This has been a concern of my husband- he teaches economics- that Trump would instigate some kind of trade war.

REALLY wish someone would remove this imbecile from office before he creates economic havoc in this country, bankrupts us all and makes an enemy out of everyone.

His tantrums, the revolving door in the White House, the scandals, the lies, the investigations, the tweets...................at what point is ENOUGH?? It's CLEAR AS DAY that this administration is shady at best and that Trump is mentally incapable to handle this job.

I'm sick of him running off at the mouth without giving ANY thought to what he's saying and subsequently inciting chaos and mayhem among everyone. Does he even talk to his advisers or anyone around him with an actual clue before he spouts off crap like, "tariffs", as an example. You have to wonder if he even has an understanding of what he's talking about or has an understanding about the implications of the things he proposes.

WHY ON EARTH did anyone vote into office a man who declared bankruptcy many times and think that somehow he wouldn't bankrupt this nation or create economic havoc??!!!

The longer he sits in that office, the more doomed we are as a country. He needs to be removed.

IQ45 announced more tariffs on China, which anyone with any business knowledge knows, is a very bad idea, and the Dow dropped another 700 points. He now has 3 of the top 5 biggest point drops in the Dow under his watch, including the top 2.

The Dow jumped last year because people imagined that once he started making policies, and helping corporations at the cost of the middle class, corporate profits would skyrocket.
Unfortunately for most of us, the reality is that once he started making his own policies, and not riding on Obama's coattails, the stock market is going downhill, consumer confidence is down, my 401(k) is stagnating, and there is a very good chance of an international trade war with several countries...

I'm getting sick and tired of all this winning...

Oh, yeah, and Congress is planning on passing the 2000 page, $1.6 trillion dollar budget without even glancing at it...

Yesterday it was a trade war, and soon John Bolton will be NSA and he is salivating over the idea of going to an actual war. Wonder what that will do to the Dow.

Because they see it as smart financial decisions to save the companies.

IMO, it's NOT a sign of financial intelligence but he "must be smart...he's not a billionaire by luck".
