Anyone done cool sculpting?
I keep hearing about this. Wondering if anyone has done it, if they felt it was worrh it and how much it cost?

I looked into it but the research I did said it really doesn't work and is a huge waste of money.

boo -- i was reading up on realself and a lot of people recommended it. Was hoping someone had real experience here!!

I did. Worst thing ever! It was better if I had spent that money on a gym membership and a nutritionist... and I only did it because I had a little lower belly pouch, but months later, it made my upper belly more noticeable.
It was extremely painful and I was swollen for weeks, not even being able to work out.

That's kind of what i heard when I was reading reviews as well.
That sucks. I guess if it seems too good to be true, it usually is!
