I have this Kate Spade that I bought last year
I love the bag, but the handles started to fall apart after about 6-8 months (the black "lining" at the top of each handle "popped out" and broke off). I emailed the company and the only thing they offered was a list of places to go get it fixed

i have this in a blue color and the same thing has happened to my bag! Sucks big time.
