Raincoats
Has anyone seen raincoats in store recently for kids? I know I have seen them but can’t remember where.
Thanks!

Re: Raincoats
I buy Columbia ones for my girls...sometimes at the outlet but this year I got them at ****'s...I like that they are waterproof windbreakers as opposed to the heavier typical raincoat material.

That sounds good. I never buy raincoats. I feel like they're hot and sticky and we barely get wet the amount of time we're out in the rain.

Thanks - that is where i saw them! I couldn’t remember what store, thought it was Target or Kohl’s that had a big display.
I think for today I’m going to send him with the shell from his winter coat and then i will get one.

With a lot of raincoats, you get wetter from your sweat than you do from the rain!

I agree. DD has a windbreaker and a hooded trench and wears those in the rain. When she was younger she had the most adorable poncho which was awesome cause you could just throw it over/take it off when getting in and out of the car. I loved that thing but it doesn’t fit anymore.

Thanks - I picked up a Columbia one this morning at Sierra Trading Post. It was on sale too!
