I took off 2 years from working after having my second dc and then my 3rd. I'd like to start applying again for jobs. I have yet to land my "dream job". I'm always second guessing my resume. Anyone want to help me out and look at it?

Also, when applying via olas, are there key words I should have on my resume or cover letter?

Last question. Do I write in my cover letter that The gap in my employment is due to maternity? How would you write that?
