I used them when TTC back in 2011-2014. It is very much like a factory feel, if you are looking for personal attention this is not the way to go. The only reason I stuck with this office was because it was 10 min from my job and you have to go in multiple times per cycle for monitoring.
One time I was supposed to have an IUI scheduled at 8am, they did not take me in until 12 noon.

I did go for a consult with Dr. Zapantis' office but I realized I wouldn't have been able to do the monitoring there because it was too out of the way from my job.
After my frustration I decided to take a break but got pregnant on my own luckily, just decided to try it using leftover crinone from a failed cycle (since I knew one of my issues was low progesterone).

When I first started my IVF journey, I was with RS of NY. I wasted two years with them. It’s a factory feel, you are not seen by drs for monitoring, just techs. The am monitorings are long waits. They missed a bunch of key issues with me that my next dr picked up. I could go on and on. They actually lost their center of excellence status which says a lot.

I had success with them in 2013(dd) and 2014/15(got pregnant late 2014 and had my ds in 2015) with IVF. My 2013 experience was better than my 2014 experience with constant change of office staff and so on. Prior to this office I used North Shore (now Northwell) for a year and a half or so with no luck and no change in protocol when requested. Not sure how RSofNY is now since I’m done and well into my 40s but it did work when I used them.

You will get very different responses depending on who you ask...I had success with them 4x and I knew what to expect. Yes its a factory and you may feel like a number but it got the job done. The monitoring hours worked best for me and the staff that I dealt with was really nice. I knew what to expect and had no hopes that it would be any different than that. In the end I got pregnant on my FET cycles and I did not have any issues with their billing department, dr's or scheduling so I consider that a win and would recommend them to people that are going in with the same mind set that I had.

Thank you so much! I’ve actually had good experiences for the most part but I read some horrific posts. I also have come to realize that every fertility clinic has at least some negative reviews!
