Is this worth the ride for the day?

DS has been in camp pretty much all summer and never wanted to miss a day, so we have not done any day trips or get aways. Now that its over, I am trying to get some close and easy trips in and was thinking about this, but it looks ehhh Chat Icon

Anything else to do around there for kids?

We recently went, and we all really enjoyed it. However, I would not take the 2 hour drive just to go there.

I agree with pp. my girls enjoyed it but it was not worth a day trip. We did it along the way to Lancaster. I don’t think there was much else very close to there.

Ditto. It was a stop on our ride home. We bought a Groupon, btw. But we spent maybe 2 hours. The day we went, a Thursday, there were several camps, so it really didn't allow the kids to explore. That turned us off. But the kids had fun. Us... Eh.

We went to the one in Orlando. The kids were 3 and 6 at the time. Like pp said, it was good for 2 hours. I would not make a separate trip for it.

Agree with everyone else. I’ve never been but my son had gone with his camp and school several times. It’s cool but I don’t think it’s worth a day trip. I wouldn’t do it from north Nj. If it was one of the stops along the way then I would say check it out.
