new Fall shows
I'm usually up-to-date on new shows, but I'm clueless this time around. Anyone excited about a new show this season?

I just want Season 2 of Ozark- that is coming out on 8/31 I think
And I love Shameless and Ray Donovan- both should be back this fall i believe

It seems like they kind of copied the premise of 13 Reasons Why (which I never watched so I can't say for certain)

No, I feel like I have actually seen this exact show some time ago on ABC. It's weird.

I hadn't heard that last season was the final season.
Usually they advertise that the whole season that this is the last...
ETA- yep, it's coming back.
Showtime's Ray Donovan returns for its sixth season on Sunday, October 28 at 9 pm ET/PT, and judging by the trailer released today during the network's TCA presentation, the Liev Schreiber fixer drama has lost none of its punch – or its Susan Sarandon, who is back as a series regular.

I cannot wait for these shows to come back, and yes Ozark 8/31. I just re-watched Ozark season 1 to familiarize myself with the show, love it.

Just started watching Season 2 of Ozark. I don't remember ANYTHING from season 1. It's like I never watched it. Looks like I have to rewatch the entire season 1 which is annoying.
That's my issue with these shows that are long, continuing sagas. They wait so long in between seasons, who can re member anything? Then they don't even do a freakin' recap to refresh your memory .
It's pretty much like watching half a movie, then having to wait 6 months to a year to go back to the theater to watch the second half.
So I might be done with this show too. This is why I watch hardly any shows to be honest.

Yeah, I hate it, too. TV is becoming more artsy - but that leads to shorter number of episodes (8-13 instead of 22) and a longer period of time in between. There have been a lot of shows that I stopped watching b/c they lost my momentum.

Same here! I usually just wait until the series is finished or at least has a few seasons under it's belt and binge it straight through. It's so much easier that way!

We'll be starting Ozark season 2 soon, we're almost done with OITNB (which is not great). I'm also looking forward to season 2 of Atypical, love that show!
