Anyone use Bobs Goof Proof insurance?
What about products bought before May 1, 2013? Is the coverage different?

If you don’t mind me asking i have the same problem, there is a chip in the bottom corner of my t.v. stand but I am reading everyone else comment that if you don’t tell them something certain they will not Goof your times. So I was wondering what you told them happened to make it chip for them to come out and fix it? Thank you

We got couches from Bobs and they sucked , lasted only about 6 years. When they delivered them the box cutter they used put a tear in the side. It was a HUGE ordeal with many calls and visits. In the end they shipped us replacement fabric for the couch but never sent someone to actually repair it. We gave up....never again

In your situation, you can say that you were moving the TV stand to a different location in your living room, and it chipped against something (make up an item). Or that your kids/pet damaged it. Key thing is to say that it JUST happened that day and that you are requesting a service technician to come out to repair it. Unfortunately in most cases, chipped items are not causes for replacements.
