I just mad an appt for my daughter to consult with Dr Gould. Based on my very short phone call with the staff, I’m second guessing whether or not I should keep it. I briefly told the staff about my concerns re daughter and asked very few questions such as what We should expect during this visit. She was very short with me, not rude but not as nice as I expected a secretary for a child neurologist to be. I’m super nervous. I feel that if I were Dr Gould I would expect my secretary to be a lot more conscientious of how she comes across and maybe a tiny bit sympathetic to the caller? Any similar experiences?

I would not worry about the receptionist I love my Pediatrician , but the receptionist is certainly not someone I like. She would treat me like dirt and make snide comments when my son is there Suck up to others etc ... However I love the doctor group, nicest bunch Some people have no class./ or may be be upset and take it on others, Don’t think too much on it ,

I agree. My dd's neurologist's front desk staff can be a little short too - but they are also crazy busy every time I go in there. I really like the doctor though so I deal.
