Jeans that don't bag out- is there such a thing?
Honestly is there? Or do you just have to size down and have your circulation cut off until they bag out to actually fit?
I am so close to being done wearing jeans forever. Nothing fits me. Everything looks like shit.
Then I find jeans that I "THINK" fit me and within 2 wearings tops, they are sagging down to the point I can pull them down off my hips and ass without unbuttoning them or undoing the zipper. And pooling at the knees. Not a good look.
What am I doing wrong? Do I need to buy jeans with ZERO Lycra or spandex in them? But then i feel like they won't be comfy.
I'm so confused.
Any ideas?

I used to feel like I had that problem, then I bought the higher waist ones at Target and I love them. Universal Threads is the name

All of my pants slide down on me but the only jeans I buy are jeggins or ones with lycra/spandex because they don't stretch out. I find the ones that wind up all baggy are the old school jeans with no stretch.

Just Black are my favorite jeans. They always hold their shape and they're very comfortable.

Before my kids destroyed my abs and waist I bought 7s and citizens jeans - citizens were ok. Kind of low rise and I only wore them with long shirts. But the 7s- oh man did I love them. Those things were magic
As for your question Nell -I usually wear jeans from old navy and they seem to hold up ok- the rock star ones? I think that’s what they’re called. They don’t stretch out or bag out. Maybe try those?

Thanks I ordered a pair of the Rockstars- because I have heard before they are great as well, and the reviews were very good.
I also googled "jeans that don't bag out' lol and came across on article on this very subject and Levi's 311 skinny jeans were high on the list. So I ordered a pair of those as well. We shall see!

The Old Navy Rockstar Jeans are the best. The only ones that I'll wear now. I hope it works out for you

I tried on the Old Navy Rockstars and they fit well, but I was afraid they would stretch out. I still might buy a pair.
I just bought a pair of Juicy jeans/jeggings from Kohl's and they are amazing. They still have a button/fly but no pockets in front (which kind of annoys me), but they fit, so for now, I won't complain. Worth a shot!

Rockstars have depended on the cut. They come in low rise, high rise, pull on with no button, etc. I just bought a pair of high rise for the first time in my usual size and they were falling down allllll day. It drove me nuts. The jeggings with no button fit perfectly.

I saw there was like 5 different kind of rockstars and it scared me. LOL You would think high rise would stay up better! I think I got mid rise. Who knows. With my track record, they probably won't work on me anyway.

I'm sure you have tried them already, but have you tried Express Skinny Jeans or Legging Jeans? They don't bag out for me, even the leggings ones which have a good amount of stretch to them.

Re: Jeans that don't bag out- is there such a thing?
OK the Levi 311s arrived yesterday. Jury is out. They look great from the front. I am not sure I love what they do for my ass though. That's another of my jean hell issues- a lot of them give me a flat, saggy ass. And I don't have a flat, saggy ass. I can see they might not bag out though- they seem to have less stretch and are stiffer fabric than the jeans I have that constantly stretch the hell out.
I am going to wait for the Rockstars to arrive and see which are better.
I also want to try a few others from this thread.

Express are great, I agree. Rockstar, I do not care for them, they fit me weird in crotch area, but I have issues with all ON pants. NY and Co Soho leggings are really good too.

Re: Jeans that don't bag out- is there such a thing?
You know what's cool about the Express website?
they show each pair of jeans on 3 different models- wearing 3 different sizes- size 2, size 8 and size 14 This is genius.
Because it's hard to get a handle on how jeans will look on me when they are being modeled on a size 0 model with no ass!

I'm a big fan of express for jeans as I said and I do really like that they do that with the website now! I will say though if you are in between two sizes,, go smaller. They aren't over sized like some brands are, but in pants I can be a 2 or 4. As long as I can get the 2 on in their jeans, I go with that, Because while I don't find they bag out like some brands, jeans will give a little after you wear them a fe times and then they are perfect. It works for me at least!!

OMG! This is my problem too. The ON Rockstar bag out on me too.
I'm going to give the Levi's a chance. I'm going to order now.

Have you tried the Denizen jeans from target. I have two pairs in skinny jeans and while they do have some stretch they are not stretcy like rockstar ON jeggings. I've had them for a least a year now and they have not stretched out in the waist.
