Edited: We got a replacement ticket in time. Now we just have to wait to get the pictures back. 14 days is going to seem like forever.

Question for anyone doing Santa Experience
I didn't book this year. I got a request last year for info, I think to create the tickets. But, I think I replied too late because I never got them. I would email them to check.
