Favorite Drugstore Products
Any recommendation for things you buy at the drugstore vs Sephora, Ulta and department stores.
Looking for make-up like foundation, face powder, eye shadow, mascara, etc. and also hair care products, shampoo and conditioner.
I’m trying to see if I can change some of the higher end items I use to something more economical.

Favorite Drugstore Products
I love the NYX brand for lipstick, eyelash primer, eyeshadow and brow gel. I buy Ulta brand eyeshadow too. I splurge a little on foundation, blush, mascara and powder though.

Loreal Lash Primer...the white one. Makes a HUGE difference.
Loreal extra volume collagen mascara with Loreal Voluminous Carbon Black mascara layered on top
Nyx precision brow pencil
Nyx setting spray. I use the Dewey one but there is a matte one too.
Nyx butter gloss lip gloss
Hair... i love Tresseme hair spray #3
Garnier makes some good shampoos/conditioners
As does the OGX line

L'oreal Lash Paradise mascara is fabulous.
I like the Ulta brand lipsticks.

L’Oréal voluminous mascara in blackest black is my favorite mascara and I’ve tried them all!
L’Oréal Colour Riche Shine lipsticks in glossy fawn is a great neutral
Maybelline fit me powder is a great setting powder
Milani blushes
Milani eye shadow primer (is the best I’ve ever tried)
NYX microbrow pencil

L'Oreal EverPure line of shampoos and conditioners give impressive results and are sulfate-free and under $10 each.
I also swear by elf matte lip color. It's a lip pencil with a really fat stick so it goes on like a lipstick but with the precision of a liner. It stays on for hours and doesn't feather. $3!!!

I use the same shampoo/conditioner. I really like it. A weird side effect- my parents dog really loves the smell. If I sit on the floor with my DD, he rubs his face all over my hair.  But I feel so loved.
And I haven't met an ELF product I didn't like yet. It's a great brand.

YES! They have great eye shadows, too. Did not like their mascara- it dried out so fast.

Makeup Revolution eye shadows are almost identical to The Naked palettes. Use a good primer and you can't tell the difference.

There are many good drug store foundations/concealres/posders, but t really depends on your skin type & the look you like.
What higher end producta do you use now?
I switched by eybrow pencil from Anastasia beverly Hills to NYC micro pencil. ABH has better colors, but if yo can fnd a match, it is jsut as good & the brush doesn't break off as easily.
masacara_also a lot of personal prefence here, but but I love L'oreal Lash Paradise.
Lips-if you like matte liquid lipsticks- the Maybelline matte Inks are really good.
the Wet n Wild mega Glo highlighting powder is good
Drugstore shadows never stay on my eyes. Wet N Wild is decent, but I would go with quality over quantity if you don't get too creative with your looks & just get a few individual pans from MAC, since they are only $7/each.

Wanted to add Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer is great
And for a drugstore highlighter- if you want really blingy for a night out or dramatic- Maybelline Face Studio Master Chrome Metallic Highlighter is very high pay off and you can see it for miles!
For day time or just daily use Essence Pure Nude Highlighter is awesome. Ulta sells it for like $7
