How many cutlets can you cook in that skillet in one time? I HATE, HATE, HATE grease splatter!

My sil uses the electric skillet for cutlets as well. It think it’s genius !
She lines the counter top with foil and puts a few old rags around to catch the splatter. Easy clean up

It really depends on the size of your cutlets. I have a large rectangular skillet and I can do about 2.5-3 lbs of cutlets in 3 batches.

I know people don't like a lot of extra appliances around but I HIGHLY recommend having a skillet. They are dirt cheap and so versatile. You can use it to make scrambled eggs, stir fry, veggies, sausage and peppers, sauce, and so much more. Love mine!Chat Icon
