Pelvic Floor? Colorectal? Dr recs PLEASE

This is an embarrassing post! I’ve had weak rectal muscles since 2 childbirths over 10 years ago and What feel to me like a rectocele. My gyno never mentions it when I go so maybe not major. Anyway, I’ve become dependent on the squatty potty which is bearable. But today I had diarrhea and 2 accidents! I could not hold it in. I had to run out of work. I want to go to someone who can diagnose and help me ASAP! I called my gastro and he is out for the week. The receptionist didn’t seem too concerned. She said it could be the stomach bug. But I’ve had my share of bugs but never had an accident! I’m afraid my muscles are getting worse and I want to do everything I can to get better. I’m completely traumatized.

Anybody with similar issues and an excellent specialist to recommend? Nassau County preferred.

I know a Dr in Melville so not Nassau county and I know 2 from NYC
