Do you think using parchment paper would work just as well as aluminum foil? I don't like baking with Aluminum foil because everything sticks!

You absolutely can but I will say, I was shocked to find that this didn't stick at all. I never use aluminum foil but I always like to try recipes "as is" to see how they behave and I didn't have any issue. But again, parchment will work fine too.

Aluminum foil is bad for the environment.
Anyway, that recipe looks good. What’s even better is SO hasn’t really had marshmallows. I need to start searching for them.

I have a very similar recipe I use and they are amazing. I always use parchment paper though- never aluminum foil. I also let some hang over the sides so it's easy to lift them out and cut them up. They are one of the MOST requested recipes I've ever used and it's so easy!

You can never go wrong with S'mores!
I was surprised she called for aluminum foil, I NEVER use it and instead opt for parchment but I wanted to give her way a try first. The aluminum foil works well but in the future, I will use my parchment. Definitely always leave some overhang!
