Fit body boot camp? UPDATE #2

Anyone belong? I’m going to check out the bayshore location today to see what it’s about. I started training at my gym (crunch) and the personal training sessions are cray expensive. Would be like $360 a month for 2x aweek. I’m hearing joining one of these Fit Body Boot Camps would be less $ and you can go everyday.

Any feedback?

Went this morning. Holy crap!! I haven’t struggled that hard in a long time (in a good way) I have been using a personal trainer on and off for years and not one of them has pushed me to this type of limit before. They don’t force you , it’s not shameful to stop and breathe when you need it. It’s a positive environment. I will definitely be back! I have 3 free classes. I’m gonna try diff days w diff workouts to see how it really goes.

Definitely worth going and checking out.

UPDATE #2

Just wanted to say I did my second of my 3 free classes and it was great as well. Only issue I am having is, it is SO MUCH cardio with hardly any rest, that my asthma is acting up pretty bad. The pump helped, but I'm not sure I'll be continuing. It's not worth the fear of going into a full asthma attack!

it is a great workout though. It goes by so quick and you really push yourself the entire 30 minutes

it's one of the places i was looking into back in september/october when i went back to working out.

i loved the price. i called to schedule a walk-thru to check it out. the local one to my house never called me back. i moved on to the next gym on my list.

i ended up at "the camp transformation center" and i love this place.

please share what you find. i'm curious.

Fit body boot camp?

I have a few friends that go to Better Body Bootcamp which is similar and they all love it. A good friend of mine lost a significant amount of weight while going 3x a week. I think the unlimited classes costs about $150 a month.

So I went and signed up for the 3 day trial. Going tmrw morning for my first class.
So far the place is clean, and the owner and woman who I met who works there were down to earth normal people. Not the super robot fitness crazies I thought I may see there lol

i love reading your update!

i might test them out before committing to becoming a member at the gym where i'm going... i'm still in the 20 pound challenge, so i'm paid up for another two weeks.
