Pediatric Allergist
Posting here becuase there is more Traffic! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE POST
I am not happy w our current allergist. I am finding that my sons reports over the past few years are inconsistent, He is not testing the same allergies each year, and taking way too much time with each.
I am looking for a GREAT rec for a local Pediatric Allergist in nasau county

We go to Dr. Punita Ponda 865 Northern Blvd Suite 101, Great Neck, NY 11021 (516) 622-5070.
We don't see her often because my son was diagnosed with FPIES, but the few times we have seen her she was great. Really patient.

My son saw Robert Marchlewski and I thought he was wonderful. He's trained in peds and as an allergist and I thought he was very thorough. My son had severe allergies at only 3.5 and he dx him with allergy induced asthma, did the allergy testing and came up with his allergy med regimen. He didn't have another asthma flare-up for years.

We have used his Commack office for the past 5 1/2 years and they have been terrific. They have also been great when i have needed school and camp forms filled out. No complaints from me!

My 8 year old son has a bunch of allergies...peanut, tree nut, eggs, shellfish, etc and we’ve been seeing Dr. David Wertheim in Lake Success since he’s been two. We love him!
