Disney Star Wars Spinoff
We were planning to go to Disneyland aug-sept 2020. specifically to see star wars land. never done disney this would be our first trip, but form what i've read here it;s best to book everything a year or so ahead. do you think i'll still be overly crowded a year later? will i be able to book everything 8 months out? (i want to book things once it's fully open)

Disney Star Wars Spinoff
I booked our August trip at the end of January with no issues. I do not think you need to book over a year in advance.

Re: Disney Star Wars Spinoff
It's hard to say, with all of these new attractions I don't think there is going to be a "slow" time at Disney anymore. I think it may be hard to get Fast Passes for certain rides, even ones that have been open a while. With Disney World I know its hard to get FP's for 7 dwarfs mine train and Flight of passage and they have been open a while.

Are you going to Land or World? I just noticed you said Land (which is Cali). I wouldn't worry about Land if you are going. Fast Passes don't require you to book them in advance. They have paper fast pass or Max Pass (on phone, and you get them day of). We are going to do Star Wars Land in Cali for that reason.
