Honoring A Doctor

I know this a long shot, but here goes....I am in the process of nominating my ob/gyn Dr. Raphael Reiss for an American Medical Association award. My application would be a stronger one if I were able to include other patient testimonials. Unfortunately I see the doctor in his Forest Hills, Queens office and I reside in Glendale, Queens so I don't have any female friends or neighbors who also use him.

I know that the doctor also has an office in Lawrence and that a while back someone posted a response to a request for the name of a good ob/gyn saying some very nice things about Dr. Reiss.
