the only thing that comes to mind is the AMAZING cheesecake recipe i got from Hofstra... but i think it might be time to make something different lol since i discovered that recipe, it's the only thing i make

This is super easy and delish and you can use any kind of fruit. For a spring BBQ try berries!

first bbq of the season... dessert
thanks for all the ideas.
i had great plans of making a few desserts, but something always goes sideways lol.
someone's niece just opened a bakery, so they brought over a sh!t load of desserts... but i still made two. since so many things had changed in my week, i went with no-bake desserts.
paula deen's not yo momma's banana pudding and a cheesecake salad (because i had just found out that my baby cousin was diagnose with celiac disease... so i made something gluten free for her)
that banana pudding was a huge hit!! even the picky eaters loved it.
my dessert repertoire is growing. i've nailed cheesecake and banana pudding! i can make a mean carrot cake, too.
yay, me.
i had bought ingredients for a few of the other recipes, i'll be trying them out in the next week or two and feeding them to people at work
