End of year gifts for teachers, aid, etc how much

I have decided I WONT be getting end of year classmate gifts (see previous post of mine)

I asked this around Christmas.

Not sure why I care or feel so much pressure i know i shouldnt.

For my DD she has One teacher and there is an assistant in the room. Plan on probably doing like $30 for the teacher and $15 for assistant.

My DS however has an insane amount of people to gift. Quick background he is in a 15-1-1 class, had a personal aide and received services. After this year he will be receiving absolutely no services except OT and he will now go to his home school in a regular class(my district has several elementary schools and 15-1-1 classes is not in my home school) To prep him for this they put him in a gen ed class since January for about half the day.


Now with all that said here is my list for him:

Main Teacher
Assistant Teacher
Personal Aid
Class has another 3 aids and I am told they actually help everyone

OT
Speech
Social Worker (which I honestly forgot he saw so i gave nothing for xmas to her )


Teacher in the gen ed room

Bus Driver
Bus Driver assistant


That's 12 fing people I have to get for!! Its insane!!

I did give EVERYONE xmas presents except gen ed teacher since he wasn't in there yet or the Social Worker.

How much would you give each person. do i really have to give each person.

We also have alot. My older has 1 main teacher, 1:1 aide, 5 aides in the classroom, OT, PT, Speech, Counselor, Behaviorist, music, art, PE, health, and library. So that is 16 and my younger daughter has about the same amount. As I said in a previous post, her main teacher and 1:1 are getting a GC and gift. The classroom aides and therapists are getting scratch off tickets in a bag of candy. They love the scratch offs. I give each 5 $1 tickets.

I usually get my little guys helpers and providers $5 gift cards to dunkin or Starbucks and in a card include something like Thanks for all your hard work...pls enjoy a cup of coffee on us

I work in a school too. Believe me we don’t care about gifts. A thank you note is very much appreciated.
